12 The event intends to show younger generations how even small, individual initiatives with a limited budget and limited risk can increase urban attractiveness and tourism – in- cluding at international level – with a bit of entrepreneurship, technological innovation, curiosity for the past and a love of history. The pieces which are exhibited - chosen and selected from the collection- allows one to admire rare historical menus decorated and illustrated by artists or printed on paper or silk in limited editions. The exhibition also includes a unique private collection of antique financial titles in the food industry sector issued in Milan and in the Lombardy Region.
